Directions
Our office is located in St. Anthony's Medical Office Building (the yellow and gray building) behind the hospital, closest to the emergency room. You may park in the hospital parking lot. Once you enter the building, go up one level and we are the first door on the left, Suite 100.

From the EAST take exit 213, turn right onto SE 17th, then left onto SE Court Place.

From the WEST take exit 210, turn left at the stop sign, go down the hill to the traffic light, go straight through the traffic light and follow SE Court Place around, crossing the railroad tracks.

From the NORTH take route 11 to Pendleton, following it to the right as it comes into town, turn right onto SE 17th, then left onto SE Court Place.
